Future developments

In the short term, research work in this line will be centred on the addition of new prototypes to improve overall classifier performances. New prototypes will be added in certain zones where we have observed a lower classifier efficiency.

One of the following phases will consist on the optimization of different system elements. Firstly we will try to improve best classifiers performances by using ICA component selection, this task is foreseen to be carried out using genetic algorithm techniques.

Finally if the overall results are good enough we will evaluate the possibilities to integrate our development results in a clinical environment.
